Drawing slump?

Thank goodness! I think I'm shrugging off the 'black dog drawing slump' malady  that has been blighting my days lately (bit of a mouthful!)  Cheering my self up with cakes

And spending hours looking at the brilliant work of other illustrators, so inspiring! So I dragged out the sketchbook and did this bad boy (I squashed him on photoshop, he looks better fatter)  Thanks to everyone who left a thoughtful comment.

Missing Motivation

Motivation really is at rock bottom...honestly, I am getting a tad worried...I start something, get fed-up with it, ruin it, fling it in the bin, decide I don't even like drawing, flounce off to the settee and stick the telly on....Hope it's a passing phase, winter blues, can't be arsed sort of thing and I'm back to normal soon!
One thing I am still doing is reading, so I will bore you to death with a list of  'Books read in Jan'  (they do this kind of thing on book blogs so bear with)  The stars are an indication of how good a read I thought it was....
